Scope of Work:

The turnaround scope covered comprehensive inspection, testing, and evaluation of static equipment and piping systems in accordance with:

API 510 – Pressure Vessel Inspection
API 570 – Piping Inspection
API 653 – Storage Tank Inspection

The following NDT methods and advanced techniques were applied:

Conventional NDT: UT, RT, MT, PT, VT
Advanced NDT: PAUT, MFL, IRIS, RFT, ECT
Other services: UTM, Hydrojet Cleaning, Wire rope MFL Test, Tension test

Ensured zero safety incidents and fully compliant with ASME/API standards.
Delivered professional reports supporting safe and timely plant re-commissioning.
